Amanda Hruska
Hruska is Vice President of Catalog Administration for Lyric Capital Group (parent to Spirit Music Group).
Rick Marshall
Marshall is Assistant General Counsel at The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC).
Directors are elected by the membership via majority vote and serve a five-year term.
