Updates from the Copyright Office – 2/25/21 Webinar

Members and guests of the Copyright Society of the South enjoyed an informative webinar on February 25, 2021, with guest speaker Regan Smith, General Counsel and Associate Register of Copyrights for the United States Copyright Office.

Ms. Smith presented updates and news regarding the Copyright Claims Board, outreach and education efforts, the Music Modernization Act (MMA), as well as modernization efforts across the entire office. CSoS Board President Kent Draughon moderated the event.
