On November 5, 2026, the Copyright Society of the South held a luncheon and continuing legal education (CLE) presentation at its monthly meeting, featuring prominent attorneys Tim Warnock and Megan Pekar of Loeb & Loeb LLP.

The presentation, titled “What Litigators Wish Publishers Knew: Ethical Issues Involving the Law of Music Publishing (Part II),” addressed complex legal and ethical dilemmas emerging at the intersection of music copyright, artificial intelligence, and evolving litigation strategies.

As the music industry navigates unprecedented technological shifts and complex rights management challenges, staying ahead of legal risk is critical for publishers, litigators, and advisors alike.
