Herbison & Turnbow Present Copyright Updates
On February 18, 2020, the Copyright Society of the South welcomed NSAI Executive Director Bart Herbison and NSAI Senior Director of Operations Jennifer Turnbow, who presented updates regarding Copyright Office modernization plans, the Orrin G. Hatch-Bob Goodlatte Music Modernization Act of 2018 (H.R. 1551)(formerly known as the Music Modernization Act), and the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC). The luncheon event was held at ASCAP’s Nashville offices on Music Row for CSoS members and guests.
