Copyright Directive of the European Union – 10/27/20 Webinar

Members and guests of the Copyright Society of the South enjoyed a webinar on October 27, 2020, with guest panelists Jan Nordemann and Julian Wablinger, who discussed the copyright-related changes to the obligations of internet service providers towards content owners.

Jan Nordemann is a partner at Nordemann law firm in Berlin, Germany. He is a certified Copyright & Media lawyer and a Certified Industrial Property Rights lawyer. Mr. Nordemann is one of Germany’s leading copyright lawyers and provides consultation relating to the development of new copyright laws. His practice areas include copyright, publishing, media, entertainment and sports, among others, and was named a  Best Lawyer in 2020 for Entertainment, Intellectual Property and Media Law.

Julian Wablinger is also a partner at Nordemann. His main practice area covers infringement proceedings and advice on copyright contract law.
