November 5 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Megan Pekar and Tim Warnock from Loeb & Loeb LLP will discuss ethical issues facing entertainment lawyers in their roles as advisors, advocates, negotiators and evaluators.  The discussion will consider cases decided by courts this year involving issues such as the termination of copyright grants, determining co-authorship of sound recordings, proving secondary liability for copyright infringement and determining substantial similarity in infringement cases.
