About Marcus Cobb

Marcus Cobb is CEO and co-founder of FinTech company Mozaic, fka Jammber (www.mozaic.io). Cobb, Nashville NEXT’s 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year, is a serial entrepreneur, technologist, product designer and dynamic public speaker.  His striking journey took him from modest beginnings in El Pasto to technology leader for Fortune 50 companies, amassing a remarkable project portfolio, including Microsoft, Dell, and CitiGroup. Mozaic is an API-first, global split payment platform for enterprise companies and creative professionals where users can automatically send and receive payments with collaborates across the globe.  It provides smart contracts that automate split income among creative teams. Mozaic.io was recently selected for the 2022 Google for Startups Accelerator: Black Founders cohort, and also won the LGBTQ+ category in Visa’s Everywhere initiative pitch competition, which included a strategic partnership with Visa. Marcus is a founding member of the Rolling Stone Culture Council and Berklee’s Open Music Initiative.  He also serves on the boards of the Music Business Association and Illinois Technology Foundation.
